"GEA Long-range Agents" Series
The Talent Acquisition Agent is a long-range agent that covers the entire process from talent sourcing to onboarding within an organization. It belongs to the solution-level long-range agents within the Tezign GEA (Enterprise-level Agent Architecture) system. These long-range agents run on the GEA architecture, refined from best practices serving hundreds of corporate clients; they are not passive functions waiting for instructions but proactive long-range agents capable of independently completing a whole category of tasks.
A company spent three months finally hiring a candidate.
At the moment the position was closed, communication records, interview evaluations, and the basis for job level judgments, along with all the candidates who almost made it over the past three months, sank deep into the system.
When the next HC is released, recruitment starts almost from scratch.
This is a structural blind spot in corporate recruitment. Traditional recruitment is designed around individual positions: Position opens, process starts; position closes, everything resets. The hiring manager's understanding of job standards, the relationships established with candidates, and the evaluation evidence left from interviews do not accumulate as the foundation for the organization's next talent acquisition.
Recruitment delivers a position, but what organizations truly need to accumulate is the capability to continuously acquire talent.
What is the Talent Acquisition Agent?
Talent Acquisition Agent, TAA
Tezign Technology has built a Talent Acquisition Agent (TAA) for organizational talent acquisition scenarios—a long-range solution based on GEA 企业级智能体系统 for candidate pathways.
It is not a tool for writing JD faster, nor is it a plugin for automatically screening resumes. Its job is to continuously maintain goals, status, and next steps throughout the entire chain from business needs to candidate onboarding—ensuring this chain does not break due to position closure.

How does it work?
Step 1: Understand hiring needs, identify supply foundation
When a new HC appears, it starts from the demand side: understanding business goals, clarifying job standards, activating relevant talent pools, and identifying existing supply foundations before recruitment formally starts. This step relies on continuous modeling of SWM (Subjective World Model)—the hiring manager's real evaluation criteria, the team's collaboration methods, and the candidates' motivations and decision paths. It models the specific hiring judgment logic of the organization, rather than the labels on the JD.

Step 2: Derive sourcing strategies, converge on the most matching path
There is no single standard path for sourcing. The CRM (Divergent Reasoning Model) first derives multiple possible directions—different channel combinations, talent pool activation sequences, and outreach rhythms—then combines job priorities and supply status to converge on the most matching strategy.

Step 3: Schedule multi-Agent collaboration, clarify human-machine boundaries
Entering the recruitment process, it connects candidate outreach, interview scheduling, evidence collection, job level matching, and Offer collaboration, scheduling a set of professional Agent systems to advance in parallel:
- Candidate Outreach Agent: Activates talent pools, manages channel postings, maintains candidate communication, ensuring candidate relationships do not break due to position closure.
- Interview Coordination Agent: Schedules interview times, sends reminders, coordinates interviewers' schedules, reducing repeated communication and time waste.
- Evaluation Summary Agent: Collects interview evaluations, organizes decision evidence, matches job level standards, ensuring every judgment has a traceable basis.
- Offer Management Agent: Advances Offer approvals, collaborates on compensation plans, follows up on onboarding preparations, shortening the cycle from hiring to onboarding.
Which nodes the system can decide autonomously and which must be judged by humans are clearly defined by the Harness engineering layer, and an Eval-driven assessment mechanism is built in to ensure that judgment quality does not drift during long-range operations.

Step 4: Write back to context, closing the loop for continuous operation
Every interaction, every evaluation, and every hiring feedback in the process is written back to the Context System. When the next HC appears, the system re-enters the loop with updated understanding—perceiving, reasoning, executing, and writing back. This is the closed loop of GEA long-range agents: everything that happens on the chain becomes the basis for the next judgment; positions may close, but the loop does not stop.

What are the core differences compared to ordinary recruitment tools?
ATS, resume screening plugins, and JD generation tools can enhance the efficiency of individual steps, but they do not understand your organization—every recruitment starts anew, with no accumulation; the system does not care whether candidates ultimately come or whether they are suitable. The talent pool saves a list, but continuous management forms the talent supply. The Talent Acquisition Agent continuously clarifies five questions for the organization:
- What is the most important hiring goal currently?
- What status are each HC and candidate in?
- What information is still missing?
- Who will complete what action next?
- How will the new results change subsequent strategies?
Talent acquisition no longer relies on the luck of a single recruitment but is a system in continuous operation.
The value lies not just in single recruitment
The efficiency improvement of a single recruitment is just the starting point. The true value of the Talent Acquisition Agent is to transform each recruitment that will eventually end into an organizational capability that does not reset— the ability to continuously acquire talent.
It is reflected on three levels:
- Operational Level: Interview coordination, feedback collection, and Offer advancement no longer rely on manual follow-up, freeing recruiters from process maintenance to return to talent judgment and relationship management.
- Candidate Level: Different touchpoints share the same context, reducing repeated inquiries, long periods of silence, and relationship breakage after position closure.
- Supply Level: Job standards, candidate relationships, evaluation evidence, and channel feedback continuously accumulate, enabling the organization to form cross-cycle talent supply capabilities.
The boundaries of human-machine collaboration are also clearer: status summaries, material preparation, time coordination, and evidence organization—these are continuously executed by the system. Candidate matching judgments, Offer plans, job level decisions, and hiring decisions—are always the responsibility of humans. The closer the decision is to candidate rights, the more the human responsibility needs to be clearly defined.
Who is suitable for use?
- HR / Recruitment Leaders: Large recruitment volumes, high HC mobility, but each recruitment feels like starting from scratch, with historical accumulation difficult to reuse, and candidate pathways hard to maintain long-term.
- Hiring Managers / Business Leaders: During business expansion, there is a need to quickly supplement talent across multiple positions and regions, but recruitment cycles are long, and collaboration costs are high, delaying key positions from being filled.
- Organizational Development / Talent Management Leaders: Talent pools exist in name only, candidate relationships break after positions close, and the organization lacks cross-cycle talent supply capabilities.
From demand clarification to hiring feedback, Tezign brings you business goals and talent scenarios, jointly building a continuously operating talent acquisition capability. What companies gain is not just a recruitment tool, but a talent acquisition system that continuously operates and understands this organization better the more it is used.
