Tezign Expands into Southeast Asia and North America, Using Local Offices to Deliver Services in Each Market
In October 2026, MUSE AI — the international brand of Tezign — completed its Asia-Pacific–North America local delivery network. Anchored in Singapore, the hub connects with the Philippines to cover Southeast Asia, Taipei to serve Greater China, and Tokyo to deepen its presence in Japan, while a new office in the United States marks its entry into North America. To address each market's distinct languages, approval workflows, and compliance requirements, MUSE AI runs on a clear division of labor: local teams own client delivery on the ground, while Shanghai drives product and engineering output. Tezign now serves 180+ enterprise clients, including 60+ Fortune Global 500 and China Top 500 companies, across 50+ countries and regions, with 1 million+ professional users on the platform. The regional offices extend capabilities already proven across APAC into Southeast Asia and North America.

October 2026 — Tezign announced its expansion into Southeast Asia and North America. MUSE AI , its international brand, is building a local office network anchored by Singapore as its regional hub: Singapore and the Philippines cover the Southeast Asian side; Taipei covers Greater China and Tokyo covers Japan as the other two stations of its Asia-Pacific delivery network; and an office was established in the United States in the same period, responsible for local delivery in North America.
Because market requirements differ, so does the way the system is connected to a customer's workflow—and remote implementation across time zones rarely reaches a brand team's daily work. In Southeast Asia, customers are spread across several countries, with language, channels, and content approval processes differing from one country to the next. Greater China includes both local Taiwan brands and the Asia-Pacific headquarters of international brands that place their content decisions in Taipei. Japanese customers set the highest bar for content quality, multi-channel adaptation, and localized production. North America is a more mature market, with more specific expectations on purchasing decisions, compliance review, and data. Opening an office puts delivery inside the customer's timezone, language, and decision-making context, which is the most efficient way to make service actually land.
Local teams own customer conversations and the rollout pace in each market, while product and engineering capability comes from Shanghai and the regional network. Each office is organized around the customer structure of its market.
Jennifer Chen, CEO of MUSE AI , said: "Our teams have spent the past period working through the service playbook for international brand customers. With local offices in place, we can better deliver localized implementation for brands across different countries, regions, and markets around the world."
Tezign serves over 180 enterprise clients worldwide, including more than 60 Fortune Global 500 and China 500 companies. Its products and services cover over 50 countries and regions, serving more than 1 million professional users cumulatively. MUSE AI already serves international brand customers across Asia-Pacific, and the regional offices extend that service capability into Southeast Asia and North America.
